Wayne Brooks originally started Discount Kitchen Direct in 2008 as a solution for builders and homeowners to receive quality cabinetry at more than fair prices. As Discount Kitchen Direct grew over the years, Wayne decided to expand his business by franchising the company in early 2016. We first opened the Charlotte location and Wayne has recently retained the Lincolnton and Lake Norman territories as of August 2019. We pride ourselves in implementing design, sales and processing systems to ensure that your kitchen cabinet project runs as efficiently as possible. As a design professional who has over 17 years of experience in the home improvement field, and has been designing kitchen and bath cabinetry for over a decade, John is able to use his experience and expertise to present his clients with cost effective solutions that are also creative, stylish, and functional. Brandi PlassKitchen Designer
Brandi Plass, a local interior designer in the Charlotte area, graduated with her degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Charlotte. While attending college there, she studied art and architecture in Strasbourg, France, allowing her to broaden her knowledge of influential styles being used in design today. She has a vast background in remodeling, but has also worked in new construction, giving her a well rounded design experience for our Clients. Her main focus with all of the clients she works with is to ensure that the spaces she creates works best for their lifestyle. She says, “It’s your home, and no matter what I create, it has to work for You and how You function within the space.”
